NEW ProTicket Support System

In order to streamline support requests and to better serve you, we have implemented a NEW ticket support system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses for your ticket online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. Each ticket submitted will be assigned to a case manager from our technical support team. A valid email address is required.

Standard Policy: Please be patient as we allow up to 72 business hours from the time of your submission for your request to have been initiated for resolution. Some requests may be initiated and/or resolved sooner, but is dependant upon the nature of the request and ProTicket Support volume. All issues will be resolved as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and we look forward to a successful relationship with you!
