Hate wondering about the status of an issue or request? Well wait no more, because it has arrived! In order to better serve you and streamline support requests, we have implemented our NEW ProTicket Support Center and made it available to all of our clients. You can now submit your requests directly to our technical support team via the ProTicket Support Center.

  • Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number.
  • Use your ticket number to track progress and responses via the ProTicket Support Center.
  • Each ticket submitted will be assigned to a case manager from our technical support team.
  • All requests submitted must include the URL or domain name of the website as well as a valid email address.
  • We ask that you be patient as we allow up to 72 business hours from the time of your submission for your request to have been initiated for resolution.
  • Some requests may be initiated and/or resolved prior to 72 business hours, depending upon the nature of the request and ticket volume.

All requests will be addressed accordingly and resolved as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience as we strive to perfect our process in order to better meet the needs of those that matter, namely YOU the customer. Thank you!
